Claims-Hub is a productivity tool for insurance professionals. Users are required to maintain active licenses and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws when using our software.
2. Subscription and Billing
All subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months.
3. TPA Partner Discount Activation
Claims-Hub subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
- If an adjuster joins a participating TPA after already subscribing, the TPA Partner discount does not apply retroactively.
- No refunds or prorated credits are issued for the current billing period.
- Once a valid TPA Partner Code is entered and verified, the discounted subscription price automatically begins on the next monthly billing cycle.
- The partner code remains active as long as the adjuster remains eligible under that participating TPA.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to bypass security measures, or use the tool to generate fraudulent claims.
